Newfound Sushi

Member statement: Newfound Sushi Izakaya prides itself on applying Japanese recipes and local ingredients to create mouth-watering dishes. Since it was established in 2012, our little restaurant has become very popular with locals, as well as travelers from near and far. Until recently, I served ocean-raised farmed salmon. But with some research, I know now that the many negatives associated with the ocean-based salmon farming industry outweigh the benefits. Until this industry becomes 100% sustainable, ocean-raised salmon will stay off our menu.
