We choose to purchase wild salmon because: open-net pen salmon farms pollute the ocean, spreading deadly disease and parasites to Clayoquot Sound’s endangered wild salmon. We believe wild caught salmon tastes better, is a leaner fat choice and should be fully traceable. All our canned wild salmon is pole and line caught as well as Ocean Wise certified.
