Member statement: We believe food systems should leave ecosystems better than they found them. That belief guides how we source salmon at Afishionado. We do not purchase or sell ocean open-net pen salmon. Instead, we partner exclusively with Sustainable Blue, a land-based, zero-waste recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) farm. For our customers, this means salmon sourced with care, transparency, and respect for the environment.
